  • Submit your home to the Multiple Listing Service and arrange for publication in the weekly MLS catalogue and daily hot sheets.
  • Increase exposure with our professionally installed sign-post For Sale signs and directional arrows.
  • Promote your home through the Vancouver Real Estate Board's Realtor-only computer system where more than 8,000 realtors will have access to your listing within 24 hours of getting started.
  • Advertise your property on the Real Estate Board's internet web site at realtylink.org.
  • Advertise your property, in print, through the Real Estate Board's RealtyLink newspaper.
  • Promote your home on our steffens.ca web site
  • Advertise your property on our Re/Max office web site
  • Input your property onto the Canada-wide MLS.ca website.
  • Advertise your property in the Real Estate Weekly newspaper and in the Real Estate Weekly web site.
  • Place a picture board of your homes' features and benefits in our office window.  We are in a high traffic area with lots of walk-in buyers.
  • Promote your home through our ReMax tour.  We will bring up to 30 of the highest producing agents in the area through your home within days of listing your property.  This is excellent exposure!
  • Pre-qualify all prospective buyers, when possible.  Anyone who comes to see your house will have the finacial capacity to buy - no looky-loo's!
  • Provide weekly feedback on the week's activities either by phone, email or post - whatever method you prefer.
  • Suggest and advise you as to any changes you may want to make to your property to make it even more marketable to the Buyer.
  • We'll keep you informed of the changing market conditions - any new listings, recent sales or changes in interest rates.
  • Represent you during the presentation of all offers from agents.  We will negotiate strongly and intelligently to achieve the best possible price and terms on your property.
  • Handle all follow up and keep you informed after the contract has been accepted on all closing procedures.
